Delivery Policy
Orders will be processed immediately. XCZONE will endeavor to ship orders the next business day otherwise a notice of office closure has been displayed on the site. XCZONE will ship products by the delivery method chosen by the customer. XCZONE is not responsible for the time the client chosen carrier takes to deliver the product from XCZONE to the destination. Regular post is the default shipping method unless the client specifies otherwise and normally takes between 10 and 20 business days for North American orders. Orders that do not arrive 20 business days after shipping from XCZONE may be resent at no additional cost to the customer. Tracked packages indicated delivered by the carrier will be considered delivered to the customer. XCZONE is not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Return and Refund Policy
XCZONE will replace any defective or damaged product at no additional cost to the customer. Any DVD products that do not run on DVD compliant sets will be either replaced with VHS product at no additional cost or the customer will be refunded. Any product in working order which the customer purchased but attempted to play on incorrect or incompatible machines or with incompatable software must be returned for full refund. eg., attempting to play a DVD on a CD-ROM drive or trrying to access DVD-ROM features without a computer.
Refund Policy for Services
There is no refund, once a service has been provided whether it be XCZONE studio production services or instruction (including but not limited to ski instruction). Instruction or lessons booked but not attended shall not be refunded unless XCZONE is notified 2 business days in advance.
Fees for extraneous Services
Clients who contact XCZONE for under the pretense of product help, purchase or registration but solicit professional services over the telephone, e-mail or in person may be charged fees for professional services. The customer will be notified before the point where this would occur. Should they chose to continue with this line of communication after being notifed by XCZONE then billing may occur. (eg., client calls to register for skiing instruction but solicites personal training advice, or customer e-mails about DVD product support but requires instruction on how to use commercial off the shelf software like Windows Operating Systems etc or hook up their sound system).
